根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2010年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2010〕27号）的要求，由江西中煤建设集团有限公司、中际联发交通建设有限公司等单位编制的《双曲拱桥加固改造技术规程》，经本协会公路分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 319：2012，自2012年11月1日起施行。
