根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2015年第二批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2015〕099号）的要求，由住房和城乡建设部科技与产业化发展中心、山东磊升建材科技有限公司等单位编制的《现浇混凝土复合外保温模板应用技术规程》，经本协会建筑与市政工程产品应用分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 572-2019，自2019年7月1日起施行。
