根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2009年工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划（第三批）〉的通知》（建标协字〔2009〕90号）的要求，由中国建筑设计研究院等单位编制的《农村住宅用能测试标准》，经本协会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 308：2012，自2012年6月1日起施行。
