根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2020年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2020〕23号）的要求，由深圳市利源水务设计咨询有限公司、上海熊猫机械（集团）有限公司等单位编制的《居住建筑与小区供水系统提质增效改造工程技术规程》，经协会建筑与市政工程产品应用分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1963—2025，自2025年12月1日起施行。
