各市州及扩权试点县住房城乡建设行政主管部门，各有关单位：

由四川省公安消防总队主编的《灾区过渡安置点防火规范》，已经我厅组织专家审查通过，现批准为四川省工程建设推荐性地方标准，编号为：DBJ51/T003-2012，自2012年5月1日起在全省实施。

该标准由四川省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理，四川省公安消防总队负责技术内容解释。
