根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2018年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2018〕015号）的要求，由上海市政工程设计研究总院（集团）有限公司、上海浦东路桥（集团）有限公司等单位编制的《透水路面养护技术规程》，经本协会海绵城市工作委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 876-2021，自2021年11月1日起施行。
