根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2019年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2019〕12号）的要求，由西安建筑科技大学等单位编制的《民用建筑热环境设计室内外计算参数标准》，经协会建筑环境与节能专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1079—2022，自2022年10月1日起施行。
