根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2016年第二批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2016〕084号）的要求，由中关村乐家智慧居住区产业技术联盟等单位编制的《智慧住区建设评价标准》，经本协会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 526-2018，自2018年12月1日起施行。
