根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2018年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2018〕030号）的要求，由中关村乐家智慧居住区产业技术联盟、青岛亿联信息科技股份有限公司等单位编制的《绿色智慧产业园区评价标准》，经协会绿色建筑与生态城区分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 774-2020，自2021年4月1日起施行。
