关于发布行业标准《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的公告

现批准《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》为行业标准，编号为JGJ 26-2010，自2010年8月1日起实施。其中，第4.1.3、4.1.4、4.2.2、4.2.6、5.1.1、5.1.6、5.2.4、5.2.9、5.2.13、5.2.19、5.2.20、5.3.3、5.4.3、5.4.8条为强制性条文，必须严格执行。原《民用建筑节能设计标准（采暖居住建筑部分）》JGJ 26-95同时废止。

本标准由我部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。
