根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2017年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2017〕014号）的要求，由上海市城市建设设计研究总院（集团）有限公司、同济大学等单位编制的《城镇排水管道混接调查及治理技术规程》，经协会城市给水排水专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 758-2020，自2021年3月1日起施行。
