根据中国工程建设标准化协会和中国房地产业协会团体标准制定计划，由中国人民财产保险股份有限公司、中国平安财产保险股份有限公司、中国太平洋财产保险股份有限公司、中国建筑标准设计研究院有限公司等单位编制的《建筑工程质量潜在缺陷保险风险管理技术标准》，经中国工程建设标准化协会和中国房地产业协会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为中国工程建设标准化协会T/CECS 1565-2024，中国房地产业协会T/CREA 032-2024，自2024年8月1日起施行。
