根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2012年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2012〕57号）的要求，由公安部天津消防研究所等单位编制的《探火管灭火装置技术规程》，经本协会消防系统专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 345：2013，自2013年9月1日起施行。
