根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2012年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2012〕057号）的要求，由哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究生院和浙江东南网架股份有限公司等单位编制的《金属面绝热夹芯板技术规程》，经本协会轻型钢结构委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 411：2015，自2015年12月1日起施行。
