关于发布《铁路工程碳排放核算标准》的公告
根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2022年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2022〕13号）的要求，由北京交通大学、中国铁路经济规划研究院有限公司等单位编制的《铁路工程碳排放核算标准》，经协会铁道分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1730—2024，自2025年3月1日起施行。
