各设区市建设局（建委），平潭综合实验区交通与建设局：

由福建省建筑科学研究院和福建省工程建设科学技术标准化协会共同编制的《福建省既有居住建筑节能改造技术规程》，经审查，批准为福建省工程建设地方标准，编号为DBJ/T13-155-2012，自2012年10月1日起执行。在执行过程中，有何问题和意见请函告省厅建筑节能与科技处。

该标准由省厅负责管理。
