住房城乡建设部关于发布国家标准《智能建筑设计标准》的公告

现批准《智能建筑设计标准》为国家标准，编号为GB 50314-2015，自2015年11月1日起实施。其中，第4.6.6、4.7.6条为强制性条文，必须严格执行。原《智能建筑设计标准》GB/T 50314-2006同时废止。

本规范由我部标准定额研究所组织中国计划出版社出版发行。

专家解读

王子若

高级工程师、国家注册电气工程师。毕业于北京建筑大学，电气工程及其自动化专业。电气工程师，智能化工程师，BIM工程师，负责各类型的建筑电气相关设计工作，具有丰富的设计及工程经验。
主要著作：《跨入设计院-建筑电气设计》；《Revit 2013电气设计宝典》。
学术论文：浅析BIM电气设计；探讨BIM在建筑电气设计中的应用；由国外应用情况探讨BIM在国内的推行；防火门监控系统的研究；智慧教室系统标准设计方法探讨；探讨基于综合布线系统的智慧建筑组网形式。
