住房城乡建设部关于发布行业标准《约束砌体与配筋砌体结构技术规程》的公告

现批准《约束砌体与配筋砌体结构技术规程》为行业标准，编号为JGJ 13-2014，自2014年12月1日起实施。其中，第5.1.1、5.1.5、5.1.8、5.1.12、5.3.1、6.3.2条为强制性条文，必须严格执行。原《设置钢筋混凝土构造柱多层砖房抗震技术规程》JGJ/T 13-94同时废止。

本规程由我部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。
