住房城乡建设部关于发布国家标准《工业建筑节能设计统一标准》的公告

现批准《工业建筑节能设计统一标准》为国家标准，编号为GB 51245—2017，自2018年1月1日起实施。其中，第4.1.11、4.1.12、4.3.2、4.4.1、5.5.2、5.5.4、5.5.8、5.5.9条为强制性条文，必须严格执行。

本标准由我部标准定额研究所组织中国计划出版社出版发行。
