根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2020年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2020〕23号）的要求，由北京构力科技有限公司、品茗科技股份有限公司等单位编制的《建筑信息模型施工成果交付标准》，经本协会建筑与城市信息模型专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1260-2023，自2023年7月1日起施行。
