根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈中国工程建设标准化协会2006年第二批标准制订、修订项目计划〉的通知》〔（2006）建标协字第28号〕的要求，由中国京冶工程技术有限公司、西安建筑科技大学等单位制订的《高强箍筋混凝土结构技术规程》，经本协会冶金分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 356：2013，自2014年3月1日起施行。
