根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2015年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2015〕044号）的要求，由中国市政工程西北设计研究院有限公司、西安建筑科技大学等单位编制的《变速氧化沟工艺技术规程》，经本协会城市给水排水专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 861-2021，自2021年10月1日起施行。
