根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2016年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2016〕038号）的要求，由上海市政工程设计研究总院（集团）有限公司等单位编制的《给水排水工程埋地承插式柔性接口钢管管道技术规程》，经本协会管道结构专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 492-2017，自2018年4月1日起施行。
