根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2021年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2021〕20号）的要求，由杭州市运河综合保护开发建设集团有限责任公司、浙江省建筑设计研究院等单位编制的《琉璃复合板幕墙工程技术规程》，经协会建筑与市政工程产品应用分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1281—2023，自2023年8月1日起施行。
