根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2010年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2010〕27号）的要求，由常州大学设计研究院等单位编制的《超高分子量聚乙烯钢骨架复合管管道施工及验收规程》，经中国建筑标准设计研究院组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 306：2012，自2012年7月1日起施行。
