根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2018年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2018〕015号）的要求，由北京建筑大学、中建丝路建设投资有限公司等单位编制的《国际建设项目风险管理标准》，经中国工程建设标准化协会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1451—2023，自2024年3月1日起施行。
