根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2016年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2016〕038号）的要求，由南通不二环境科技有限公司和建研建材有限公司等单位编制的《防裂抗渗复合材料在混凝土中应用技术规程》，经本协会混凝土结构专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 474-2017，自2017年10月1日起施行。
