由福建六建建设集团有限公司和福建省建设科技发展促进中心主编的《酚醛保温板外墙保温工程应用技术规程》，经审查，批准为福建省工程建设地方标准，编号为DBJ/T13-126-2010，自2010年6月15日起实施。在实施过程中，有什么问题和意见请函告省厅科技处。

该标准由省厅负责管理。
