根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2019年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2019〕22号）的要求，由湖南大学设计研究院有限公司、湖南宏力土木工程检测有限公司等单位编制的《高强钢筋网活性粉末混凝土薄层加固混凝土结构技术规程》，经协会建筑物鉴定与加固专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1325—2023，自2023年9月1日起施行。
