依据《国家能源局关于印发〈能源领域行业标准化管理办法（试行）〉及实施细则的通知》（国能局科技〔2009〕52号）有关规定，经审查，国家能源局批准《风电场调度运行信息交换规范》等120项行业标准，其中能源标准（NB）54项、电力标准（DL）66项，现予以发布。

上述标准中电力管理及电工装备标准由中国电力出版社出版发行，两项交流电弧炉标准由中国标准出版社出版发行，电力规划设计标准由中国计划出版社出版发行，煤炭建设标准由煤炭工业出版社出版发行，农村能源及生物质标准由中国农业出版社出版发行。
