根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2018年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2018〕030号）的要求，由中国机械工业集团有限公司、广州大学等单位编制的《建筑工程振震双控技术标准》，经本协会建筑振动专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1234-2023，自2024年1月1日起施行。
