根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2014年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2014〕028号）的要求，由应急管理部天津消防研究所等单位编制的《柴油机消防泵组技术规程》，经本协会消防系统专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 718-2020，自2020年12月1日起施行。
