经组织专家委员会审查，现批准《既有建筑地基基础检测鉴定技术规范》为广东省地方标准，编号为DBJ/T 15-191-2020。本标准自2020年10月1日起实施。

本标准由广州市建筑科学研究院有限公司、广州建设工程质量安全检测中心有限公司负责具体技术内容的解释，并在广东省住房和城乡建设厅门户网站（http://zfcxjst.gd.gov.cn）公开。
