根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2019年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2019〕22号）的要求，由华为技术有限公司、中国建筑科学研究院有限公司等单位编制的《智慧园区技术标准》，经中国工程建设标准化协会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1183-2022，自2023年3月1日起施行。
