根据中国工程建设标准化协会（2006）建标协字第28号文《关于印发〈中国工程建设标准化协会2006年第二批标准制、修订项目计划〉的通知》的要求，由中国电力科学研究院和中冶建筑研究总院有限公司等单位编制的《钢结构焊接热处理技术规程》，经本协会结构焊接专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 330：2013，自2013年5月1日起施行。
