根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2019年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2019〕22号）的要求，由清华大学、上海市建筑科学研究院有限公司等单位编制的《公共建筑用能数据与影响因素信息表述标准》，经本协会建筑环境与节能专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1617-2024，自2024年10月1日起施行。
