根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2021年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2021〕11号）的要求，由深圳市城市规划设计研究院股份有限公司等单位编制的《城乡信息通信接入基础设施规划设计标准》，经协会智慧建筑与智慧城市分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1409—2023，自2024年1月1日起施行。
