现批准《轻型钢结构住宅技术规程》为行业标准，编号为JGJ 209-2010，自2010年10月1日起实施。其中，第3.1.2、3.1.8、4.4.3、5.1.4、5.1.5条为强制性条文，必须严格执行。

本规程由我部标准定额研究所组织中国建筑工业出版社出版发行。
