根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2020年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2020〕14号）的要求，由上海建工集团股份有限公司等单位编制的《建设工程施工总承包信息化管理标准》，经协会建筑与城市信息模型专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1489—2023，自2024年5月1日起施行。
