根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2016年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》建标协字〔2016〕038号的要求，由中国市政工程东北设计研究总院有限公司和黑龙江省正赫新型材料科技股份有限公司等单位编制的《埋地排水用螺纹钢管管道工程技术规程》，经本协会管道结构委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 491-2017，自2018年3月1日起施行。
