根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2019年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2019〕12号）的要求，由天津市贰拾壹站检测技术有限公司、天津市建筑材料科学研究院有限公司等单位编制的《水泥、砂浆和混凝土用粉煤灰中可释放氨检测技术标准》，经协会混凝土结构专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1032—2022，自2022年8月1日起施行。
