根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2018年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2018〕030号）的要求，由中国建筑西南勘察设计研究院有限公司、北京中岩大地科技股份有限公司等单位编制的《弃土场工程技术规程》，经本协会勘测专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1240-2023，自2023年6月1日起施行。
