根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2016年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2016〕038号）的要求，由应急管理部四川消防研究所等单位编制的《烟草生产建筑设计防火规程》，经协会防火防爆专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 755-2020，自2021年2月1日起施行。
