根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2022年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2022〕40号）的要求，由中国中元国际工程有限公司、华为技术有限公司等单位编制的《智慧医院无源光局域网工程技术规程》，经本协会医疗建筑与设施专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1351-2023，自2023年11月1日起施行。
