根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2022年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2022〕13号）的要求，由中国建筑设计研究院有限公司、北京国家建筑绿色低碳技术创新中心有限公司等单位编制的《区域更新改造低碳技术规程》，经协会韧性城市工作委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 2057—2025，自2026年4月1日起施行。
