各市、县、自治县住房和城乡建设局，三沙市自然资源和规划建设局，洋浦经济开发区规划建设土地局，海口市、三亚市、陵水县园林和环境卫生管理局，儋州市、文昌市、东方市、五指山市环境卫生管理局，琼海市、定安县、澄迈县、保亭县、琼中县综合行政执法局，乐东县、昌江县城市管理局，屯昌县、洋浦经济开发区市政管理局，万宁市环卫园林局，临高县市政园林管理局，各建设、设计、施工、监理单位，各建筑垃圾处理、预拌混凝土生产、装配式混凝土预制构件生产企业，各有关单位：

为推动国家生态文明试验区（海南）建设，规范我省建筑垃圾处理全过程，促进建筑垃圾统一管理、集中处理、综合利用，提高建筑垃圾减量化、资源化、无害化和安全处理水平，我厅组织有关单位编制了《海南省建筑垃圾资源化利用技术标准》，并经专家评审通过，现正式发布，编号为DBJ 46-055-2020，自2021年3月1日起实施。
