根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发2008年工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划（第二批）的通知》（建标协字［2008］98号）的要求，由山西省机械施工公司、山西建筑工程（集团）总公司等单位编制的《强夯地基处理技术规程》，经本协会建筑施工专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 279：2010，自2010年11月1日起施行。
