根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2022年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2022〕40号）的要求，由山东建筑大学工程鉴定加固研究院有限公司、山东建筑大学等单位编制的《基坑工程地面三维激光扫描应用技术规程》，经协会绿色建造专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1976—2025，自2026年1月1日起施行。
