根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2019年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2019〕12号）的要求，由上海同济建设有限公司、南通市达欣工程股份有限公司等单位编制的《装配式建筑工程总承包管理标准》，经中国工程建设标准化协会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1052-2022，自2022年8月1日起施行。
