根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2021年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2021〕11号）的要求，由建科环能科技有限公司、广州地铁集团有限公司等单位编制的《绿色低碳轨道交通设计标准》，经本协会建筑环境与节能专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1204-2022，自2023年4月1日起施行。
